C-TEC offer a premium standard manifold, note the hand tig weld quality.

have there been any failure rates with the C-Tec?

just broke the news to the missus that I have to spend another £650 on another manifold.... not happy

Derfinitely go for quality, Japspeed was always going to end in tears imo

Nigels looks sweet, but I have a zircotec'd Full Race Still not fitted though lmao

really thought I would get away with the JS on stock turbo.

Does the zircotec coating also protect the Mani from cracking etc..?

nah, just manages under bonnet heat, much needed on the X imo

yeah much needed, I'm starting to think that maybe rain is somehow dripping onto the manifold even when the bonnet is down? I know that when I pop open the bonnet if its been raining recently it drips straight onto the area thats cracked?

When I fit my next manifold, Im getting a heat sheild made, that should also stop rain water driping onto the MF too.

As far as I'm aware there hasn't been one C-Tec faliure.
