i owned a gtr r35 for 9 months and was the best car ive ever had
and it destroyed my best mates c63 even after he spent 10k on the brabus kit,
although the sound of the c63 is amazing!

If you go for a gtr consider ....
tyre costs! i did a set in 6 months and cost me £550 a tyre to replace!
you can only fit dunlop or bridgestone!
MAintaince costs are too bad and they collect the car for you and leave you a hire car all in with the price of the service.
But when mine returned they had fried the gearbox :s and i was then without the car for 6 weeks!
I then got rid as i didnt fancy paying the silly price for new brakes and the car was 2.5yr old and didnt fancy it breaking out of its warranty period!

But both excellent cars! gd luck with ur decision!!

Test drive them both and see.

Id say c63 for noise and style and GTR for handling and outright power.

Me id go for the GTR

Check out this other vid with M5 and Eisenmann race exhaust

GT-R's are formidable cars but for me a 4dr saloon ticks the boxes!

If you paid £550 a tyre and believe you can ONLY fit Dunlop or Bridgestone, you are a nugget

GTR or C63? All depends on how big your Ego is and what other people know about them both

Mention C63, not many people will know what you mean. But then you start bragging about it's engine size and people think Wow must be very fast simply because it's a 6.2l

Mention "Nissan" GTR, some will think "oh just a nissan?" Then the other guys you hang about with who also have big egos will slate the "Nissan" because it's a Nissan even though it'll hammer every car out there.

If you have a big ego like me, then get something everyone knows about....an E9x M3. Everyone knows what an M3 is and the fact that it's the "best" 3 Series out there.

Once you've had a GTR then there's nothing else to get, so get something to add to your CV then get (and keep) the GTR.

Well..the GT-R looks functional,it never claimed to be beautiful...

but park a c63 next to a C250 CDI with AMG aero pack and you can hardly tell the difference.. and roaring down the Autobahn..it blends in with the other german sales rep leased limos...

on another note, was at the train station today..what did i park next to?

a lovely mint merc 190e Evolution 2 .. two black cars with lots of spoilers LOL

i may be biased as merc C-class and E-class are taxis over here..when i see a lowered merc..i still think TAXI!

Oh..and if i had a 6.2litre merc,it would have to be the SLS..now those have a lovely exhaust note!and wont be mistaken for a Sales rep. limo/ taxi

oh, fit straight pipes to a cls500 and it sounds just as brutal as a c63...

Depends on what U want the car for.... If your a traffic light grand prix, A to B, quick as U can kinda bloke then GTR wins hands down. 1 of the best drivers cars & by far the best for the £$£$......

If your the kinda bloke who grins from ear to ear & giggles like a 1st time stoner every time U press the loud peddle & get the car all outta shape. Oh & likes replacing tyres ALOT then go for the C63.....

M3 or RS5 are seriously good also but it's your pocket money so try ALL the toys before you commit to 1..... I wish I had such a hard choice to make as you, it must be hell
