where is the problem with my setup?

i don't understant why you say that, because it's not my fault if the engine its broken

the car had 380hp since 2007, after the second owner was no money for maintenance so i took the car with the engine already in the state for less than market price

Once repaired the engine i will make a custom map a someone with experience on evos

You should be examining everything and asking yourself why it broke.
Murphy's law says it'll happen again. It'll cost more next time.
To me it looks like it got too hot, at least on one cylinder.
Maybe running lean on just 1 cylinder.......maybe not?
How do the other pistons look?
It's been burning oil too.
Maybe running it on low octane and detonating?

for me the problem is due to poor oil with poor mappe and poor maintenance

too much pressure as it also ride with boost control like this:

EGR valve open with max boost because hoses for the valve control were broken so too the temperature in the 4th cylinder

the others 3 cylinders are fine
