Anti roll bar or bushes

Just wondering if I should Just up rate my bushes or get a kit with 3mm be a huge diffence?

front or rear ,depending what your doing just bung new bushes in there

New OEM bushes will be better than tired old ones, poly bushes will be better again and poly bushes on a thicker ARB better still (but might sacrifice some comfort for every day driving). How much did you want to spend really???
