White TME

Hello!

So I joined the forum years ago and always wanted a red TME but thought £12k was way too much for an old Evo () and went down the M3 route with an E46 and E92.

Last year I sold the E92 as we were expecting our first child in October. Obviously I did the sensible thing and bought an Evo! it has 4 doors and a boot after all!

It was a bit of an impulse buy tbh. I could no longer afford a red one as the prices have gone crazy but I wanted the TME for the car anyway so went to see this out of curiousity and bought it!

Here are some photos how I got it in January:

So far ive done:

AYC rebuilt and service by RG motorsport
Standard steering wheel on
Red Hoses removed
New battery
TME stripes from FCM!

To do:

Remap with 3 port. (Mapped on manual boost controller still)
New front brakes to address judder
Sort an oil leak from rear main seal area
New clutch
Replace HKS BOV with IX recirc
Get engine bay looking standard again
Change exhaust as not keen on angled exit
Refurb wheels

So spending more £ than miles atm but I'm sure it will be worth it lol

Thanks all!

Really glad I put the stripes on. Love the look of it now. Just unsure about putting the ralliart and Mitsubishi badge on atm.

I forgot to mention the spec. Not a lot done to it but briefly it's:

Apexi Air Filter
HKS SSQV (will be removed)
Aftermarket downpipe (unsure of make)
5Zigen exhaust
Forge Actuator
Mapped to approx 360bhp

Tein Coilovers with EDFC
Cusco Front strut brace
Whiteline rear brace

Blitz turbo timer
Cusco Flywheel
AP paddle clutch

That's it I think but some will be removed as I just want a standard looking car with light power/driving mods for now.

I had an AP paddle, I lasted about four weeks before enough was enough, exedy twin plate was so much nicer and built up leg muscles

Clutch is dreadful! So much judder.

Will be changing for a standard 7-9 item soon.
