Send a message via ICQ to Brian Rees
You need a four figure PIN number to use it. Then you can manually turn off the alarm by pressing the button the number of times indicated by your PIN.

Eg PIN code 7631
Press button seven times then short pause and press button six times then short pause etc.

Thanks Brian, I can't remember is this standard on the 10 or some aftermarket set up one of the previous owners have put on it?

It's the Cobra Alarm.

I believe it's added by UK when they come off the boat, so it's technically not aftermarket, but sort of is. I've seen some X's with that button in different locations, but they're more often than not where yours is.

It's worth contacting any of the dealers if the alarm code is misplaced. They will have it on file.

I've scanned in the manual to help.
It's worth remembering how to deactivate the interior sensors and the 'intrusion/attack identification'.
