The roller bearing conversion was carried out primarily for durability.

It may spool a touch earlier, bit it's not noticeable in real world driving conditions. The benefit in this application is the roller bearings ability to withstand heat better than the standard journal bearing.

I would like to try and get over there April next year. Prob too late to get there this year. I have been twice and love the place. Can't see why more trips aren't organised over. What's the best time you have been round. I did a 8.43 with 350bho and no cage standard suspension. 10year old F1. They were fine by the way.

Nice lap. Good steady pace leaving a bit of room should something go wrong.
Really never seen the point in going to the Ring and driving the wheels off the car.
Looks really compliant with the humps and bumps round the track

Circuit days do a Trackday every April I try to get on that every year. My best time is 7.45 on a Trackday, you can push more on trackdays people seem to be that bit quicker

Assuming you have decent tyres and sufficient brakes for the trip then...

Many corners are late turn in...

Turn in too early to follow the kerb and you could be in a mess...

Sighting laps and lower speeds are safer...

If you do not know which direction or gradient for next corner then be cautious about your speed...

There will be many faster cars with german plates and some of them will be sheds or less power...

'Nearly had a moment' or 'nearly ran out of road' almost certainly means you were going too fast for your knowledge and skill..

Caution, being steady not going for a time and slower speeds should see you ok and having fun to talk about when you get home safely...

I got told before I went if you can't see in your mirrors you are going too fast! Worked a treat.
