Any early power and the rear slipped All in all a great learning experience but a dry track next time please.

We left before the accident so I have only just found out about it in this thread. I think most people took a spin that day (myself on Stowe) and you feel it could have been any of us. Very sad to hear and I am glad the passenger is ok.

Will be keeping an eye out for MLR events in the future, and hopefully I can put up a better account of myself next time
Good to hear you enjoyed it

If my editing skills were any good I could make up quite a segue of all the people that spun in front of us

Thanks to everyone for getting Silverstone on the MLR map this year.

As my first proper wet track day i learnt a lot and gradually built my confidence over the day and really enjoyed it. I've never had my abs working so much before.

As mentioned before i hope all are ok from the accident.

Same old same old!
I had semi slicks on to start with, had these knocking around for about two years (it's never been wet enough to use them) so they were all age hardened and split anyway

Good to hear everybody was ok

As for Darin and Mechell making sure all things we sorted DID YOU EXPECT ANYTHING LESS

I have tried lots of different Trackday Companies but always return to MLR

I was in the silver elise, brought my dad along for the day. Spent most of the day being a rollng chicane as any power would get the back slewing wide into a spin.

Did see the Z3M in blue, looked like he was having the same lack of 4x4 issues as me.

For anyone that is interested this is a clip of my clearest lap, although the data says that if I was any good and could string all the best bits together from that session it would have been 2.44 seconds quicker
