Triax arrived today and tried it and not sure if I left it on long enough, bottle says 5-7mins and I must say that I am not totally please with the results.

I sprayed on and left for 5 mins N the used a brush to agitate the deposits and then left for a further 2 mins agitate again and then rinse.

The run off was all purple and not the brown colour which suggests alot of iron deposits, however I had quite a few black deposits left, some big and some small.

Any ideas or suggestions for the retailers on here?

sounds like you didn't allow it enough time to work or need to re apply a few times

bear in mind it will only penetrate so far so you have to work down through the layers of crust !!

go again and use a combination of both brush agitation and rubbing with a micro fibre it should help
