It is unfortunately time to sell me beloved evo 2 RS the only reason being is that I have a baby on the way due in August so I've been told I need something "family oriented" lol I'll give the best discription of the car that I can for you all and thanks for looking
1994 Evo 2 RS
170,000KM
10 months MOT
Ill start with the bad bits
Could do with new top mounts that I haven't gotten around to doing.
Maybe a third gear synchro that I can get done before the sale if needed.
The front seats need a re trim, never bothered me as I was going to put in bucket seats.
Now the good bits
Runs really sweet
Front upper and lower strut braces
Rear upper strut brace
3" turbo back stainless exhaust system
Induction kit with battery moved into the boot
Body work in good condition considering its 23 years old and hasn't ever been inside a body shop
No real rot to speak of tiny bit of surface rust in the boot which you can only see as it's an RS and there is no boot carpet
I'd say let it run...but depends on what you want to get for it
Hopefully there'll be some more bids & winner will complete the sale
The problem you might have trying to achieve a decent return using standard for sale ads is that the car needs a bit of work for top money
& you'll just get low-ball offers, imho

Ok mate nice one, I'm happy with anything above the reserve so I'll let it run, yeah been getting loads of low ball people telling me it's not a rare car etc.
Well it's sold to be fair I couldn't be happier with where it's going to the guy knows what he's talking about and think he will only do good things with it, nether the less still a very sad day when I'm no longer an early evo owner thanks for everyone's interest and help along the way
I think so because he did mention someone on here having their evo stolen after selling it on eBay, I don't want to say their name just incase they're keeping it a secret or something for some reason lol
I'm in westhoughton as they are free,,too collect, both in white the bonnet as sign writing on one side, bought off trl developments to put on my own evo but the car was to badly damaged..bumper needs a rub down and paint to be perfect.. But like I said free too good home..
